ABOUT SUN AND SNOW CHILDCARE

 

Sun and Snow Childcare started as Emily's self employed nanny business allowing herself the opportunity to spend the winters her favourite ski resort and then spend the rest of the year alternating between maternity nursing and holiday nannying.

In Samoens during one of these winters was where Emily and Valerie met while working as ski nannies. They spotted a huge gap in the market for nannies in resort so decided to do something about that. Later that year Sun and Snow Childcare - Samoens Ski Nannies was born. 2016/17 saw the first season of working together and the business quickly expanded. 2017/18 season was so busy that we were fully booked through out. As such it was decided that 2018/19 more nannies were going to be needed.  

 

There are now two parts to Sun and Snow Childcare, Valerie and Emily work together as Samoens Ski Nannies to fit potential families with a english speaking, qualified nannies. Emily continues to work under Sun and Snow Childcare as a maternity nurse and holiday and temporary nanny

Samoens Ski Nannies works as an introduction agency. We now have a range of nannies working with us all who have a passion for nannying and living in the mountains. We specialise in English speaking nannies but not all of our nannies are English, as such we can also accommodate other languages such as French and Italian speaking families. We only work with the best and all our nannies come to us with excellent references and first aid qualifications at minimum.
